How Harvora Rewards Works
Harvora Rewards is our customer loyalty program. Members earn points when they place eligible orders and can use those points for discounts on future purchases. Joining the program is free.
Joining Harvora Rewards
To join, open the Rewards panel on the Harvora website and select JOIN. You will be taken to Harvora's customer account sign-in page, where you can sign in or create an account.
Your rewards balance is linked to your customer account, so use the same account when earning or redeeming points.
How You Earn Points
Members currently earn 3 Harvora Rewards points for every US $1.00 of eligible order value.
For example, an eligible $50 order earns 150 points.
Points are awarded through the Harvora Rewards program after an eligible order is completed. Your available balance can be viewed by signing in and opening the Rewards panel.
How You Redeem Points
The current reward is US $1.00 off for every 100 points redeemed.
When you have enough points, open the Rewards panel, choose Redeem points, and select the $1 off reward.
The reward is issued for your customer account and is intended for your own use. Rewards and points cannot be transferred to another customer.
A Simple Example
US $25 eligible spend — 75 points earned — not yet enough for a $1 reward.
US $50 eligible spend — 150 points earned — $1 redeemable, with 50 points remaining.
US $100 eligible spend — 300 points earned — up to $3 in rewards.
Do Points Expire?
At present, Harvora Rewards points do not expire. If this policy changes in the future, Harvora will make the applicable terms clear to customers.
Where Can the Reward Be Used?
The current $1 off reward is set to apply across all Harvora collections. There is currently no minimum purchase requirement attached to this reward.
Can Rewards Be Combined With Other Discounts?
Whether a reward can be used together with another promotion or discount depends on the checkout rules in force at the time. If Shopify does not allow two discounts to be combined, you will need to choose which discount you would like to use.
What Happens if an Order Is Cancelled, Refunded or Returned?
Points are intended to reward completed purchases. If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned, Harvora may adjust or reverse points connected with that order so that the rewards balance reflects the final eligible purchase.
Referral Program
The Rewards panel includes a Referral Program section. Any referral offer available to you will be shown there together with the applicable reward and instructions.
Referral rewards are only available under the terms displayed in the Rewards panel at the time.
Your Points Balance
Sign in to your Harvora customer account and open the Rewards panel to see your current points balance and the rewards available to you.
Important Information
Harvora Rewards is a loyalty benefit, not cash. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be sold or transferred.
Harvora may update the earning rate, rewards, eligibility rules or other program terms when necessary. Any current options shown in the Rewards panel take precedence over older promotional information.
