Order Processing

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided where available and should be treated as estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. International deliveries may occasionally be affected by customs processing, local carriers, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside Harvora's reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout before the order is completed.

Multiple Items

Where an order contains more than one item, products may occasionally arrive in separate packages or on different days. There is no need to be concerned if one part of an order arrives before another.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or other charges depending on the destination country. Where such charges are not collected during checkout, they may be payable by the customer upon delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact Harvora as soon as possible if an error is discovered. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If an order appears to be significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact Harvora and we will investigate and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
